Continuing Education Requirements for Sales Associates and Brokers in Florida
Sales associates and brokers in Florida are required to complete a 14-hour continuing education course every two years, with renewal deadlines on March 31st or September 30th.
After successfully finishing the post-licensing education, both groups must adhere to the following curriculum for their continuing education:
Florida Core Law: A mandatory 3-hour course
Real Estate and Business Ethics: A mandatory 3-hour course
Specialty Credit: An 8-hour elective module, offering the opportunity for specialization in a selected area
Note: The 14-Hr CE Course includes Core Law (3-hr), Ethics (3-Hr), and Speciality Credit (8-Hr)
