Jennifer Stowell, MPA
– is passionate about the real estate industry. Her main purpose has been to create the best client experience possible for home buying or investing. As a Realtor®, RPAC supporter and NAR President Circle Inductee, Jennifer is knowledgeable about upcoming trends, regulation concerns, and is committed to listening to diverse perspectives from fellow real estate professionals. She is a Florida Broker/Owner., Co-founder of Property Finders Realty. Jennifer is the Founder/CEO of Realty School 101 which provides pre-license and post-license education for Florida real estate professionals along with professional development on-demand products which anyone can take, some are at no-cost. Since 2010 Jennifer has prevented more than 115 homeowners from foreclosure with her specialized knowledge in distressed property sales and loan modification strategy. Jennifer graduated from the Reubin O’D. Askew School of Public Administration with a Masters degree in Public Administration, where she gained expertise in research technique, statistical analysis and management. Currently, Jennifer serves as a career coach, virtual instructor, mortgage referral coordinator and provides insights to brokerages regarding their technology upgrades, particularly involving virtual/augmented reality, 3D printing and system integration (CRM, IDX, Transaction Management and other multi-touch solutions). Jennifer is always interested in hearing from real estate investors, professionals, affiliate program opportunities, content solution providers, and legislative interest groups.
